Since 1997, have been working with emerging growth companies in connection with their merchant banking needs, including utilizing our network of broker dealers to raise capital, and our in-house capabilities to structure transactions, provide legal services and help our clients grow through private and public capital markets transactions.

As both a byproduct and complement to our merchant banking and international expansion strategy, Karmen Equities has developed a comprehensive asset management advisory business. We currently provide principal fund management to two different funds that make direct investments into companies in China and abroad. We partner with local governments in China, as well as advisors and management teams in the United States and South East Asia to complement our family of other services and products.

Mr. Orrs has 20 years experience in Hong Kong and Mainland China. He leads our banking team as our resident expert in merchant banking and international business. Mr. Orrs has served on the board of dozens of public and private companies, including firms in finance, information technology and sports and media. His current focus is on media related companies with operations in China and leading our transactional oversight capabilities
Ms. Su has led some of our most dynamic transactions involving companies from China listing in the United States. Ms. Su speaks fluent Mandarin Chinese and English and has deep networks within China's and New York's investment banking community and investor relations market. She is responsible for administrating and bridging the gap between China and the United States and leading transactions between the two regions.
Mr. Cohen has worked with top tier international law firms prior to joining Karmen, and is a leading expert in securities law and transactional matters. He is responsible for oversight and direction of legal affairs for the firm, including contract negotiation and execution, coordination and direction of outside counsel, public filings with the SEC, and oversight of corporate structure, sales, and general employment law matters.
Mr. Ren works with our team in China to source transactions and act as portfolio manager for their maturation up to U.S. capital markets. He works closely with the high tech economic zones in Jiangsu Province and other regions around Shanghai, Wuxi and Nanjing to provide on the ground real time services to our clients and the expertise they demand in order to grow in international capital markets.
Mr. Ke is has been involved transactions between the United States and China for over 25 years, and is a senior advisor to the central government with respect to the development of its foreign investment policies. He develops our China operations and is an expert in developing business in the manufacturing, information technology and media sectors. Mr. Ke's business experience includes sales management, management consulting, marketing and training.
Ms. Ren mobilizes our China transactional team and portfolio managers to develop a bridge between our team in China and the United States. She works closely with the technology zone in Beijing, and also the North East Provinces in China, to provide on the ground real time services to our clients and the expertise they demand in order to grow in international capital markets.
